Tensions have increased between the Rajasthan Royals & the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) after RCA's ad Hoc convenor Jaydeep Bihani raised allegations of fixing against IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals after the team's 2-run loss against the Lucknow Super Giants on Saturday (19th April). The Rajasthan Royals have now broken the silence on the issue, calling the allegations false, Baseless, & Without any evidence. The Rajasthan Royals have formally written a complaint to the sports minister, the Chief Minister & Sports secretary demanding strict action against Bihani.
Deep Roy, a senior official with the team, has dismissed Bihani's allegations as 'false, baseless, and without any evidence'.
Bihani not only raised questions on the Rajasthan Royals, but also on the Rajasthan Sports Council & the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) of collusion to sideline the RCA's Ad Hoc committee from IPL-related activities.
"We deny all the allegations raised by the ad hoc committee member, Mr. Bihani. These allegations are not only false & misleading but have also caused damage to the reputation of the Rajasthan Royals, Royal Multi Sport Pvt Ltd, Rajasthan Sports Council & BCCI, they also tarnish the integrity of the game.
The franchise emphasised its 18-year partnership with the state association and government, and its ongoing work in full compliance with BCCI guidelines. According to the BCCI's current arrangements, the Rajasthan Sports Council holds the official rights to host IPL matches in Jaipur for the ongoing season.

The Royals clarified that they are working in coordination with both the Council and the BCCI under the guidance of the state government to ensure the successful conduct of the tournament. Earlier, Bihani had stated, RCA has successfully hosted ICC-BCCI international matches and competitions in the state.
The Sports Council is conspiring against the sports interests by keeping the ad hoc committee that is formed by the government away from the IPL. The State Sports Council kept the RCA ad hoc committee away from organising the IPL. They did not even make accreditation cards for the members related to the event, he alleged.
